Why did you decide to join Team African Leadership Foundation? I believe in the mission, the people behind it, the next generation of African Leaders...and here's a cause with blinding light at the end of the tunnel.

What motivates you to train everyday? Ok, so I don't train everyday : )...but at mile 20 or 22 (pick your proverbial "wall") with legs heavy as cement, vision blurry, Madonna on ipod sounding like Yanni in slomo, and spectators taking on sumo-wrestler features-- I know to get up 3-4 days a week to knock out that extra mileage...
